Practice yoga on an empty stomach: – When you start practicing yoga your stomach should be empty. So waiting at least one hour after a light meal and four hours after a heavy meal and don’t drink anything before and after your yoga practice.
Best time to do yoga: – The best time to do yoga practice is in the morning before breakfast. The two hours leading up to sunrise are especially conducive to yoga and meditation. This time the stomach is empty and joint and muscle stiffness will begin to subside as you develop your practice. The second best time is around sunset to practice yoga.
